Refund Policy
This policy explains how to request a refund for VPNTape subscriptions and how refunds are processed. Submit requests, provide additional information, and check progress through support tickets in the user panel.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You can request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. The payment record for the account’s first paid order is used to verify the refund window. Submit a ticket within that period and keep a record of your request. Subsequent verification and payment processor delays do not count as a late request.
You do not need to prove that a route is faulty or complete technical troubleshooting before applying. You can request a refund due to your connection experience, usage habits, or changing needs. For specific renewal, upgrade, or data package orders, list the relevant details in your ticket. These actions do not restart the first-payment refund window.
Eligibility and Record Checks
Accounts using the service normally may request a refund under the policy above during the refund window. Connecting to routes or using some data does not automatically make an account ineligible. This policy sets no additional threshold based on the proportion of data used and does not require screenshots of a fault as a condition for a refund.
Requests made after the refund window are not covered by this policy. Records involving unusually high data use, accounts suspected of violating the terms of service, unclear order ownership, or repeated requests for the same payment must be checked first. A flag alone does not determine the outcome. If a restriction or dispute applies, the reason will be explained in the ticket, and you may provide additional information.
Refunds are based on verified payments actually made. A payment that has already been refunded will not be refunded again. If you disagree with an assessment, reply to the original ticket to keep the full conversation together.
How to Apply and What to Provide
- Sign in to the user panel, open the support ticket page, clearly state that you are requesting a refund, and identify the order to be reviewed.
- Provide the order number, payment method, payment date and time, and amount paid. If the order included an upgrade or another change, mention it to help with verification.
- After submitting your request, check for replies in the original ticket and provide proof of payment if needed. Include only the information required for verification, and redact personal details unrelated to the order.
- Confirm the outcome and refund method, and keep the ticket and payment records until the refund is confirmed as received.
No email address is required. Do not submit your account password, complete subscription link, or payment account login credentials in a ticket. If you cannot sign in, use the account recovery options provided in the panel first. Do not post sensitive information on public pages when asking for help.
Original Payment Method and Refund Progress
Refunds are generally returned through the original payment method. Ticket handling, order verification, initiating a refund, and receiving the funds are separate steps. A reply acknowledging your request does not mean the refund is complete, and an initiated refund does not mean the funds have reached your account.
This page does not promise a fixed processing time. Progress depends on order verification and payment processor handling; refer to ticket updates and your receiving account records. If you have received a notice that the refund was initiated but the funds have not arrived, reply to the original ticket with transaction records that can help verify it. There is no need to open a duplicate request.
If the original payment method cannot process the refund, the reason must first be confirmed, then a workable alternative can be reviewed through a ticket. Funds will not be sent to a third party unrelated to the original order without verification.
Payment Method Details and Related Terms
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. For Alipay and WeChat Pay, refunds are handled through the original transaction route where possible. Check the refund record in the relevant payment channel; if the transaction status is unusual, further verification may be needed based on the channel’s response.
USDT transfers work differently from Alipay and WeChat Pay, so a refund cannot be treated as a direct reversal of the original transaction. The original transaction record, receiving address, and corresponding network must be verified in a ticket before confirming the refund arrangement. Check both the address and network carefully; do not assume an address can receive funds based on its format alone.
This page does not set separate fees, exchange rates, or a fixed refund time. Any special payment circumstances must be explained before a refund is processed; fees must not be assumed. See the Terms of Service for service use and account management, and the Privacy Policy for how application materials are handled. For refund questions, always use a support ticket in the user panel.
